NAR members are required to complete 2 hours of CE training once every 2 years. OREC required a 1 hour code of ethics training every 3 year license cycle. Code of Ethics Complaint and Mediation Process
Your REALTOR® Membership in COCAR also carries with it membership in the Oklahoma Association of Realtors, which provides a statewide mechanism for filing complaints for code of ethics violations as well as a mediation process.
